I Ricardo Munoz CDL class A professional driver have been a customer for over 10 years..perfect driving record no tickets or accidents ever!! My rates have gone through the roof! $$800.00 down and $223.00 a month!! And while on hold on the phone waiting for them to get back to me progressive insurance just quoted me $50 down and $122.a month! Oxford also had to nerve to send me a paper stating how it's against the law if I don't have insurance in a very threatening way in my opinion.. they lost my business and everyone else... read more
