Update: 04/29/2025 I'm throwing my hands up with this location. Customer service is ridiculous. At this point I will be traveling to the Downers Grove location to get anything completed. The staff at this one just sits and does nothing. No greeting when entering this place of business. Personal calls are more important than helping the customer. I Ricardo Munoz CDL class A professional driver have been a customer for over 10 years..perfect driving record no tickets or accidents ever!! My rates have gone through the roof! $$800.00 down and $223.00 a month!! And while on hold on the phone waiting for them to get back to me progressive insurance just quoted me $50 down and $122.a month! Beware!! They make their money by selling you insurance from companies that don't pay out if you have an accident. When they don't pay out the other insurance company sues you to get payment, then it's your responsibility to sue the your insurance company to get the payment from them. It will cost you $$$$ in lawyer fees. Get quotes from Progressive, State Farm, etc. You will find insurance thru one of the reputable insurance company for around the same price.
