I love the Oxford Insurance at 6944 Cermack Road in Berwyn il. Evelyn is always so helpful and polite. All the ladies in there are amazing!!! This is my favorite location. The team is always willing and ready to help however they can.
I was taken care of by Rosa at the Berwyn location on Cermak Rd. She was amazing very customer service oriented and very detailed on explaining everything. 😊

If you’re involved in a not-at-fault accident… it will take over 6 months to get your car repaired and it’s difficult to receive a response from your agent. I Don’t recommend this insurance company.
