She took the time to clearly explain the billing cycle in a way that finally made sense to me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. On top of that, she even entered me into a free raffle (which I’m definitely praying I win 🤞🏽). It’s rare these days to get customer service that feels personal, but Dionne went above and beyond.
