I’ve had a great experience working with Yoselin at Oxford. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to someone looking for insurance.
I went to Oxford last week looking for Car Insurance and was Serviced buy Yoseline. Yoseline was very kind and she helped me find an insurance policy that fit my needs after a long arduous 2 hour process. She was very patient. However, the insurance policy that I agreed to had a$500 deductible which cost me a $485 down payment and my monthly payments were roughly $160 a month for the next 10 months. dealt with this exact store for the past 2 and a a half years and the service is always amazing! Can’t complain about any prices and yoseline is the best!
First of all great location that you can’t miss with 2 entrances so you can get in no matter what. Secondly the amazing energy I encountered from both ladies was amazing. I sat down with Yoselin (Could be spelling this wrong) and she was pleasant. Her energy and smile made the process easier and she walked me through every option and was very helpful and professional. Overall experience 10 Stars…….. And they have a bird feeder so that made it extra cool.
A very awkward experience with this insurance. How I wish people can see into the future before making a decision.
