Felicia was great! I was greeted by the staff upon entering the office. They seemed excited to see. The office was warm and inviting. She's was very detailed in explaining my current policy coverages and the coverages I want on my next policy. I explained that I am a homeowner and a business owner, she went over several different options for bodily injury and property damage. Great service
The customer service was Over and beyond in the Broadview office. Understanding that I needed the insurance for my daughter and I and was able to pay half to start and gave a date when the other half was going to be paid. I Love Oxford Insurance!
