I love this insurance spot. This the best location hands down! Daphaney was so informative to me about my policy and I greatly appreciate her for this! I will refer anyone I know with a car to this Oxford location !
0 stars for this company they don't like to pay I told them I had a accident & then someone hit my car & almost killed me & this company didn't pay for my car. I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog. All the people in the company just transfer you from person to person. Please don't be fooled by this company.
the lady that worked 11/13/25 was really helpful and very nice. she got me in and out and made sure my whole insurance process was on point and good . she answered every question i had asked and was nice about it ! i recommend
This is easily the best auto insurance provider I’ve dealt with. Great coverage, fair rates, and customer service that actually shows up.
I always have a great experience renewing my policy every year . They always send a monthly text reminder and phone call . They answer any questions I may have . Everything is conveniently sent through email to avoid in office visits. :) the calumet city location is awesome!
