I came very close to when Oxford was closing down but it did not stop Mario’s efforts to explain to me my policy on how it works and what it covers. I felt welcomed and very informed, better than my last insurance agency by far!

Yall please don’t get insurance here at all!! They are literally the worst scamming insurance I have ever had , all of the agents are rude not only that but don’t do their jobs and forgot to do simple things that are on most policies , I usually don’t have issues with insurance companies now since I have progressive but these people are the worst !! Just so you know the big amount you are paying isn’t just paying ur insurance it’s paying the agent that’s why they are so persistent on getting you to take their highest policy.... read more
