I don't hate; however, I've continuously been informed computers are down; accounts can't be pulled up and no one can give me a date as to when my insurance is due and if my payments are being applied to my account! Do you still have me active for full coverage on my vehicle?! This rating is for location at 95th S. Kedzie, Evergreen Park,IL. They're like Bobby-Heads, afraid to make a decision.
Oxford is an affordable insurance at rate you just can't turn down. I only pay $21.02 a month for SR22.
They were helpful on the phone, they were patient as well. Only downside was that they were basically an insurance broker, and none of the insurance companies accepted my cars because they were over $35k.
Very rude over the phone. Didn't get past that they hung up on me.
I was expecting a call from them yesterday and they never called me back
