Jose was such a great help to me today. He went out of his way to explain that what I was doing was not in my best interest. He made sure I had the best insurance for me and my budget. He was super nice and patient in checking different scenarios for me. He saved me a lot of money, and I so appreciate him. Thank you
I’ve been with Oxford for about 10 years or possibly more, and they have always given great service. If they make any mistakes, they are very quick to correct them & for the cost, the coverage is decent. I highly recommend them for people who are on a limited and/or strict budget. The location on 95th in Hickory Hills across from Denny’s is the one I go to & I’m very pleased with their service.
Jose came in and I was his first customer of the day. He was very kind and took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and was very patient ~ he is amazing and deserves a raise!!!!!!!!
The manager who assisted me on 31st was very pleasant and prompt I truly appreciate Oxford she made sure to exhaust all options to get me a premium I can afford thanks to Oxford I’m all set
