Great rates for the first year, then it went up almost $40. The next year with a renewal fee of 300 plus dollars. If it's raised anymore this year, I will be changing insurance companies. I already have several in mind. It's up to you if you wanna keep my business or not. Yes, the people are amazing that work at the office at 106th st in chicago, illinois, but i'm about saving money.

Their is a woman who is extremely unpleasant to speak with here and is very unprofessional she, sits in the back she gets bothered when she has to deal with a customer and seems to hate her job. Seems like I'm not the only one who has had this issue with this woman.
