Went to try and get a quote on an insurance plan and the lady at the beginning had asked us if we wanted English or Spanish, we responded Spanish. We got a form to fill out in Spanish, and then got called over to discuss the plans by another lady. I went with my father, who said he would like to communicate in Spanish but the lady continued to speak to us in English after we asked her if she can help us in Spanish. The first woman who spoke to us was very welcoming and we really appreciated her service. As for the second woman we spoke to (I believe her name was Christina Davila), I can not say the same.
