Extremely convenient, I purchased a policy over the phone. the agent that i had the pleasure of be helped, by; made my experience unforgettable. Her customer service was outstanding. The entire phone conversation was just about 15 minutes long. I am a very busy Chicago native. I was extremely happy to find out that within 10 minutes after hanging up the phone, I had already received all my documents including the (proof of insurance) via e-mail.
Decided to buy a car last minute and called this Oxford based on a recommendation and the agent Rosa was extremely helpful and patient helping me getting all my paperwork worked out to buy my first car! Months later I needed insurance for another car for a family member and Ariana was extremely helpful on getting a good affordable policy for two more cars. Very friendly and great customer service from both agents.
Vanessa and Benny are the best with great energy and always helpful They are people who you love to see when you are dealing with people with all types of attitudes and egos.They are great and those are my girls foreal.Vanessa goes above and beyond to make sure you are good.
My experience with Oxford has been TERRIBLE! I was with them for about 2 years and kept renewing policies ( full coverage) with them until I got in a accident & they turned around and told me they are not going to pay anything and that there was nothing they can do. They revoked my policy and dropped me too . I would not recommend trusting this company and take your business else where!
Purchased SR-22, Ariana helped me. Upon reviewing my paperwork, I was charged an additional fee for Roadside assistance after already explaining to her that I do not drive. Shady business practices, charging you for service without out your consent or disclosing what is in the invoice.
