Ive been with oxford for 4&half yrs now. I have cover for 2cars: 1liability & 1 full. BOTH has Road side coverage,Towing included. After renewel payn $200+ , 2days later i needed towing services: i was charged $3?.00.. i payed then called oxford askn 'why im payn extra for towing' i was told to 'provide receipt & theyL reimburse' i came with receipt,emailed it to associate Matthew, He confirmed he recvd it.. i go back following month inquiring whY i havent heard anuthn NOR recieved reimbursement: i was told to send reciept... read more
