They are great at keeping you updated & informed on your payment date but they are too obsessive with the phone calls. Calling someone 3x’s within an hour plus leaving a voicemail is overkill
This company made me cancel my insurance get another policy and keeps giving me the run around on the initial policy refund. It’s going on 90 days and they just keep saying the will call me back. Do not recommend. The don’t seem honest.
