I went with my dad ready to fight for my rights thinking I was in all my might. Smh they were very helpful patient and very understanding. They humbled me instantly lol because it was huge misunderstanding and miscommunication from me the consumer. Even with that they still helped me and fixed everything for me and my dad. Thank you ladies. Get your insurance here they get to the bottom of things quick. Wish they fixed systems glitches tho. But definitely INSURE YOURSELF HERE. VERY HAPPY WITH MY OUTCOME 😊

It was great, but The agent Tania Perez is no longer in office. The agent made me feel welcome, comfortable and as well made me understood insurance very well. I even had family members and friends that I recommended to her. I hope her journey is well. More great service is needed as the agent Tania P was very helpful and warmly kind.
I had a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with jessica! I needed insurance on my bmw and got me a great deal! Ive been to several oxfords before and while they are amazing, i felt this location and jessica went above and beyond with excellent service, friendly approach and getting the coverage i needed. This location is easy to find and plenty of parking, plus they keep this location nice and clean. I would recommend this location to any of my friends. If you ever stop in, ask for jessica!!!
