Horrible company. The people who work here will do as little as possible to assist you when you have a question or issue. I needed info from my policy to give roadside when I was stuck and the rep told me that they were understaffed and have customers to help l, and I’d have to call back in 30 minutes. Again I was stranded in the cold needing help from my insurance company. They give you reasonable quotes, move fast and doesn't have you waiting all day
They’re so unprofessional and rude. They don’t talk professional and they’ll answer then put you on hold then never come back to the phone. . I personally wouldn’t recommend them
