I've been doing business with this location for years and I've never been disappointed. They are always friendly & informative. My last renewl was handled by LaToya who manged to save me money on yhe cost of my policy and was wonderfully pleasant through the whole interaction. Will continue to do business and definitely recommend them.
Toccara has a horrible attitude and was very unhelpful, nasty - and I was shocked to learn she was the office manager - usually office managers are the most helpful and welcoming to new business. When I asked to speak to her manager to possibly have a better experience she became combative and denied me questioning me why I needed to speak to her manager.
