My brother went to the location on commercial yesterday and he had $400 on a green dot prepaid card he had just bought it from family dollar across the street and he went to pay his car insurance and the lady told him give me the card I will register it and take the payment and then she told him that it didn’t work so he went and got a money order and he went back and then the card people said it was just registered already she did and she going to jail
