Everyone at Oxford Insurance are amazing & my service has also been impeccable, I would give 5 stars if they weren't so expensive, but overall I'm happy with my service.

Mathew was great and provided good customer service; he was welcoming and helped me by adding my vehicle, unlike the Westmont branch, which is not welcoming.
I've been having Oxford insurance since I was 19 and I'm 34 now, recently didn't have a good experience with them because of bad communication they said that I need a SR22 and it was 85 dollars. I realized that I didn't need it in the person I talked to was not right. I cancel the day after. And only gave me $40 credit for my insurance for my next time. Honestly the worst experience I ever had in any company. I can't wait until I can get another car insurance company.
I have used Oxford for quite sometime and have never had a bad experience until we came to this location. We arrived to renew my insurance and the door was locked the girl at the desk was looking right at us as we pulled on the door and it was well after they opened. She finally came to the door, unlocked it, and claimed it was stuck and they had been having issues with the door.
