Terrible service because they don’t report your record of having insurance to wherever agency requires a report of your history of having car insurance. And there seems to be no way of proving that I’ve had insurance. Do not get insurance with them, it’s a waste of your money and time.

I've been having Oxford insurance since I was 19 and I'm 34 now, recently didn't have a good experience with them because of bad communication they said that I need a SR22 and it was 85 dollars. I realized that I didn't need it in the person I talked to was not right. I cancel the day after. And only gave me $40 credit for my insurance for my next time. Honestly the worst experience I ever had in any company. I can't wait until I can get another car insurance company.

I have used Oxford for quite sometime and have never had a bad experience until we came to this location. We arrived to renew my insurance and the door was locked the girl at the desk was looking right at us as we pulled on the door and it was well after they opened. She finally came to the door, unlocked it, and claimed it was stuck and they had been having issues with the door. This location is the best Oxford all around especially because Grisel Garcia is here. She is hands down the best insurance rep I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always a joy to work with.
