i got my policy here, this is the third time i ask for paper work to do a automatic payments and they didt send anythig after tree months asking they need to do somthing about it, its frustrating everytime you call,and it takes a long time to attend

I recently went to renew my policy here, my email read $240, then after being on hold for 20 minutes they still couldn't figure out why my new renewal fee was close to $300 dollars. Alejandra promised to call back later with my policy or an explanation, surprise surprise no call and hasn't answered my calls since, then my policy was canceled.
