Susan at the Elgin store was friendly and helpful. I was needing insurance for my car and was glad I could get insurance the day I went in. The only downside was the $257.00 down payment which was all fees. But at least I am insured.

i got my policy here, this is the third time i ask for paper work to do a automatic payments and they didt send anythig after tree months asking they need to do somthing about it, its frustrating everytime you call,and it takes a long time to attend

I recently went to renew my policy here, my email read $240, then after being on hold for 20 minutes they still couldn't figure out why my new renewal fee was close to $300 dollars. Alejandra promised to call back later with my policy or an explanation, surprise surprise no call and hasn't answered my calls since, then my policy was canceled. Shopped on google for 10 seconds and found a cheaper and better policy. Insurance is so easy to change and find a different place. I don't know why people wouldn't work harder to keep ... read more
