Dear Mrs. Robinson, The day you brought the white dress to our store for just ironing, you told me that another dry-cleaner mishandled the dress and they ruined the pleats on the bottom part of the dress. I explained repeatedly that we could not guarantee that the dress would be fixed, that all we could do is try to fix the mistake that the other dry-cleaner did.
