Very rude and confrontational front desk/receptionist/phone people. very unwilling to explain things when you are confused and are very short and rude with you. i’ve had many unpleasant experiences with them from having issues in person and calling. whenever you are confused about anything they expect you to already know so are snippy and short and repeat over you like you are a child. i am a young person and this was upsetting to me so i can’t imagine how distraught this makes the elderly when they treat them like this. i s... read more
Glennette Haney is an amazing doctor. She knows just what to do when other physicians don't have a clue. All of the staff is friendly - you get brought in quickly with no long wait times in the office. I wouldn't go to any other facility. These folks are truly amazing.
Glennette Haney is amazing. She actually listens to what you are saying and doesn't make you feel like you are rushed when telling her your concerns or issues. When you leave you feel like all of your issues have been addressed.
No doctor or nurse on a Friday. Worthless
got best doctors my family would ask for .... I normally don't like or agree with doctors but staff here is down earth understanding and good folks
