Great staff and great physicians. It’s never enjoyable when your children doesn’t feel well or when you’re stressed because you can’t figure out what’s going on. However, going to the Alton Clinic was one of the smoothest visits we’ve had. My daughter was at ease and relaxed even though she didn’t feel well. The staff did a great job explaining and communicating what was going on to help her feel more comfortable. Great experience!
Dr. Roush is amazing, as are his nurses (especially Promise) and staff at the clinic. It’s rare to not feel anxious when going to a doctor’s office, but I can truly say, I feel well cared for and at ease. You feel like family while you are here.

I went to Ozarks Healthcare to get established as a new patient. I met with Jamie. She listened to my concerns and was very easy to talk to. She didn't seem in a hurry. The front desk people were polite.
