Great staff and great physicians. It’s never enjoyable when your children doesn’t feel well or when you’re stressed because you can’t figure out what’s going on. However, going to the Alton Clinic was one of the smoothest visits we’ve had. My daughter was at ease and relaxed even though she didn’t feel well. The staff did a great job explaining and communicating what was going on to help her feel more comfortable. Great experience!
Dr. Roush is a outstanding Dr., really cares about his patients. He goes out of his way to explain everything. Two of his staff members that we have experienced, Promise and Chris are also outstanding. Chris has helped so much with RETURN phone calls and getting answers when I was upset. Ozark Health Care should be thankful they have this staff, not many staff are as excellent as these people are.
The facility was very clean and comfortable. My PCP was thorough and I felt very comfortable with her. This was my first visit here and I was satisfied with my choice. Thank you!
I went to Ozarks Healthcare to get established as a new patient. I met with Jamie. She listened to my concerns and was very easy to talk to. She didn't seem in a hurry. The front desk people were polite.
