Waited longer than I should. Derm NP was not patient orientated. Not sure if she was busy but was somehow in a hurry in and out. Friendliness was not their motto as well as caring. It was patch and leave. I had to interject on what to do about the very problem I came in for. No instructions like do not wet or change bandage everyday. This is the reason I like to go somewhere else but I just had to see one right away and I ended up here.
The staff and Dr at Ozarks Healthcare Dermatology were all very kind and compassionate. I am new to the community and have been so pleased with the care I have received so far. Dr Lane and his assistant were both thorough and friendly. I couldn’t have gotten better care! I’m very pleased.
I had such a great experience and this was my first visit here. I got more than I could have ever expected from my visit as far as more things that the doctor said he could to help me. There fantastic here,
Dr Lane and his nurses/assistants and the girls up front were all awesome! Clean office, clean bathrooms. Everything was awesome.
They were absolutely fantastic. Took the time explaining everything and making sure to remove all the cancer
