Office is very clean, neat, and comfortable. They offer coffee but I didn't partake. Staff and medical team makes you feel comfortable and thoroughly go over any issues, questions, etc. They walk you through diagnosis and treatment and provide written instructions for everything. All very patient, kind, caring doctors and nurses. Saw both Dr Marshall and NP McGee in my few visits there. Both are very knowledgeable, polite, and have an excellent bedside manner. Brittany FNP was so kind and informative. She calmed my nerves and took her time as if I was her only patient. Her assistant was very sweet and did a great job with the local anesthetic.. didn’t feel the needle at all. I’m so happy I found a great provider to take care of my dermatology needs .
Staff is very pleasant! I cannot say enough about my first experience at the practice. I arrived at the office on the day of my appointment to find out that I messed up on my appt time and date. Since I traveled 1 hours 45 minutes to get there to find out my appt. was actually 2 days later they graciously worked me in to save me another trip 2 days later. Kudos to the receptionist, NP Dani and her assistant.
This office is one of the cleanest dermatology offices I’ve ever walked into. All of the staff members were very kind and helpful, and the doctor I saw was great. I went in yesterday for a new patient appointment , and was in and out within 35 minutes. Minimal wait time, helpful staff and I felt like I finally found a place that understands my skin condition and actually took the time to go over options for treatments. Will definitely stay with Ozarks dermatology from here on out!
Saw FNP Danielle. She was cheerful, very respectful and easy to talk to. Was careful to explain everything in detail and made it easy to understand. She made a potentially embarrassing moment into a respectfully pleasant experience.
