If I'm going to be honest and say that I absolutely love this entire establishment. From the front desk to the back of the building,l. You couldn't ask for friendlier, helpful people. They always make me feel like I'm the only patient they have. They take all the time that a patient needs to feel safe and satisfied. It's almost saddening when I walk out the door thinking that it'll be 3 or 4 months before I see them again to be honest. They always send me out smiling.
Almost no wait time for an appointment-I think someone cancelled and they gave me their time slot. On the day of, I was taken back several minutes ahead of my scheduled time and was talking with the doctor 5 or 10 minutes later. Dr Lane was friendly, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Answered all my questions and gave clear instructions regarding his recommended treatment. I was on my way 15 minutes after my scheduled time.
It would not be possible to have a more pleasant healthcare visit. From the check in to the visit itself, I was treated with utmost respect, friendliness and care. My concerns were listened to and treatment options explained. I feel very confident about the treatment I am receiving.
I had a procedure completed (small carcinoma removed) with Dr Lane and his assistant, Cory (? I think that's it). All went well and it's healing nicely. Those two were amazing and I feel I could talk to them for hours. I was scared and they handled it very professionally with friendly banter and understanding. I could have daily morning coffee with Cory and talk about things if there was a coffee shop. Highly recommend.
They got me in quickly. They explained the procedure in detail. The only thing I felt was when they put the numbing agent in. The procedure was quick and painless. I honestly did not feel a thing. Highly recommend!!!
