Awesome facility... extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Seems like it is a state of the art facility as well. Great cafeteria area with a Starbucks inside! 👍🏾 I love this place.
Dr. Riaz is sincerely incredible, she actually listened to me, hearing my words, questions, concerns and frustration. Then she diligently took the time to explain all of it to me in great detail about my condition, provided options for treatment along with more information than I expected... and she didn't leave without my questions being fully answered or my thoughts fully understanding. She absolutely truly cares... 1000%! I'm extremely excited having her as my doctor and will highly recommend her.
I would give them 10 stars if possible. I love everything about this clinic. The staff are all wonderful. Dr. Riaz is awesome. She really listens to her patients. Highly recommend.
My experiences here have all been poor. Wait time to get an appointment is exceptionally long. This is understandable, since she is the only Endo in West Plains. BUT, even when they do schedule an appointment it gets moved back several times(weeks), without consulting patient about availability of their new date and time. Phone calls and messages routinely take over a week to get a response to. One of the staff told me “she has hundreds of patients and there are only 3 people in the clinic”. This was a fantastic experience. I was fully heard and understood. I was able to be apart of my health care decisions which was the most important part to me next to being heard. The staff and doctor where sincere and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
