Dr. Riaz at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri is wonderful. She is very thorough, she listens attentively and asks several questions. She is compassionate, kind and very caring. She makes you feel comfortable. She makes me feel very confident in her ability to take care of me for what I am seeing her for. Definitely recommend her as an endocrinologist for anyone who is looking for one.
I drove 50 miles for a 10-minute appointment with my doctor. She gave me an order for blood tests to be performed at my local doctor's office. When I asked her why we couldn't have done this by telephone or video she said that the hospital could not get paid for either of those and therefore I needed to come in for a personal visit. I feel like I drove a hundred miles round trip to get an order for blood tests and see my local doctor. Not very satisfied with my visit.
Very nice place Well organized I felt heard and understood by the staff. Dr.Riaz was patient understanding and listened to what I had to say. Very very happy with the treatment and care I was given.
Everyone at the office was kind and caring. Dr Riaz was exceptional. She answers all my questions throughly and helps me troubleshoot my problems. I would recommend her highly. A very pleasant experience.
Dr Riaz is knowledgeable, kind and listens to all concerns well. She has a great " bed-side manner", which makes all the difference.
