We didn't have to wait long to see the Dr. She went over my records and tried to explain everything to me. She answered any questions I had.. Nursing staff were very nice, polite and took care of business. Waiting and patient areas were clean and neat free of any clutter. So there are no black marks to give in any area that I have experienced so far.
I love Dr. Riaz & her staff... everyone is so nice. Dr. Riaz helped me with the right medicine, my A1C is 5.4 now..I'm not a diabetic & I've lost about 80 lbs. I'm extremely happy.
Ozarks Healthcare is my # 1 choice I will never go anywhere else. I have received more help, more kindness and more all around Positivity from each and every staff member than I ever have in my life! Dr. Riaz goes above and beyond to try to help with your health concerns. Very willing to listen and intervene in any way she thinks will help. Would highly recommend her.
Doctor had forgotten to input my prescription and other instructions. And we were left sitting in room for quite a while but we got ahold of her nurse and she went and checked with the Doctor then stopped into the room before we left and apologized. No, not very often Will you find a Doctor apologize for something? So thank you and your staff for your great care.
