I drive over the road, they are amazing at working me in when I need to see the Dr. Their response is professional and friendly. I am very happy with them and will continue to make this my Healthcare team!!!
Dr Bernard needs sensitivity training never had a Dr yell at me and tell me he has people labeling him for the last three years… just went to get lab work and he could not calm down enough for this to happen we left immediately and will never step in this building again… It was my second visit/ experience..
All staff members at the Gainesville location are great, they get you in quick, treat you like family and there’s never judgments -just genuine caring for your overall health
Dr Bernard refuses to treat you if in chronic long term pain. Thinks you are there for pain medicine when all you came in for was a blood test and referral to pain management. When asked why labeled with white coat syndrome Dr Bernard gets all defensives and starts hollering and asking why people have been labeling hime for past three years. Was scared for my husband and self, afraid doctor was going to assault us. We left immediately, no blood work was done... DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
