First time having surgery ever was scared cant lie but the doctor nurses and staff made it easier for me when the time came. I just remember the nurse calling me name and i opened my eyes and she said your finished i said you're lying lol. Dr B, nurse Andrew, and nurse Ashley i appreciate you, and thank you
Very little wait time for both before appt & wait for doctor. Dr B was very kind, professional when explaining my concern. Came to an agreement for necessary course of action. Very pleased with outcome.
Staff ,doctors & nurses were all very attentive, educated,and awesome communication skills ! They all made my experience there a lot easier going threw all the tests and procedures,explained step by step what was being done and made me as comfortable as possible. 5 star experience and will recommend them to friends n neighbors ❤️
I had an apt with high expectations of getting a good qualified surgeon only to find out that all they can do is refer me elsewhere - why make me wait srvetal weeks for apt to be referred somewhere else i am in pain and need help now - this is stupid my good doctors left the area because of pay. You spend out for fancy building but cant even get a good surgeon one doctor that left was a gastroentologist and the other did my b first bladder prolapse -now i have to go to springfield or st louis and this is ridiculous totally ... read more
Good and friendly people that work here. I was given appropriate and helpful care for my condition. I appreciate when a hospital doesn't feel like a stagnant, depressing place; it makes my anxiety ease up.
