Getting in and out is always quick and easy. The doctors really good, the staff is helpful, it's never overcrowded. First time I've been to a place where I've actually gotten into my appointment on time or early almost every single time.
Actually, like a lot of my appointments I got there a little early and got into "exam room" about an hour after my appointment time. Then waited for almost another hour past my appointment time. When I saw the Doctor I was not very happy about her using what seemed to me like a video chat to consult with me. First I would like to know why I had to drive for almost an hour to get to my appointment when it really could have been done on Tela-Doc. My experience was GREAT as usual. I got a new doctor and Dr. Moyer is going to do some different things on my old heart.All of this plan was explained to us in detail.She even had the nurse Susan order all the meds I need .Susan also was great .Nurse Erica did a find job on intake carefully writing down each thing I mentioned.I can't say enough how much we sincerely appreciate every employee of Ozark Healthcare.Thanks to all !!!
