Wait time was good. Nurse Mindy was great and so was doctor Ibrahim’s. Neither made us feel rushed. My questions were answered and doctor was easy to understand.
I met with Julie Gunther, nurse practitioner in the Cardiology department. She was excellent. She understood me, asked good questions, explained things very well, did some tests on the spot and gave me things to try and then report back. I was impressed.
A great smooth experience. Everyone was so nice. From check-in to the wait was maybe 5 minutes. The nurses very nice and very attentive at listening to my concerns. Dr. Crowe was very easy to talk with and very informative. You can feel his expertise and love for his craft. Thank you Ozarks Healthcare Heart and Lung Center. I would just definitely recommend.
Ozarks Healthcare was very efficient. I was in and out of the clinic In forty minutes.Nurse was very polite and caring. Physician and staff was knowledgable.
Dr. Crow is the best cardiologist I have ever had. Very understanding, comforting and definitely knows what to say and do. Highly recommend him. He's even familiar with Alpha Gal patients.
