Fantastic facility. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional cafeteria area, with a Starbucks inside. I loved this stop!
Check-in was confusing. No sign to indicate which desk to check-in for Cardiology. Wait was not long. Staff was cordial. Dr. Kahn was professional and thorough. Answered questions. Listened to concerns. Instructions were clear.
Actually, like a lot of my appointments I got there a little early and got into "exam room" about an hour after my appointment time. Then waited for almost another hour past my appointment time. When I saw the Doctor I was not very happy about her using what seemed to me like a video chat to consult with me. First I would like to know why I had to drive for almost an hour to get to my appointment when it really could have been done on Tela-Doc. Dr Ibrihim was so kind and explained everything to me and my family. He answered all of our questions and concerns about my heart health in a way we could understand. We felt comfortable with him and felt like he heard our concerns, he didn't just dismiss us like others Dr's have in the past.
I personally love OMC and I’m not sure of the other cardiologists but as for Dr Ibrahim I don’t suggest anyone going to see him. I’ve never been treated so rude and mean by a Dr in my life and especially by a specialist. I was also laughed by him!!! Anyway I don’t normally do this but I was very hurt and offended! I only gave a star because it wouldn’t let me post this unless I did.
