Dr.Courtney was amazing. He listened to everything we had to say.Then checked what needed to be done to give us answers. His nurse was awesome also.Very pleasant and professional.
.y first appointment with Dr Applegate was good. She did an excellent assessment of my problem and listened to me. She made suggestions regarding treatment options and seriously listened to my concerns. I respect her knowledge. However it was a long 40 minute wait while I was in exam room, and no nursing staff checked on me or gave me any updates.
I see Dr Applegate for migraines. I have been going to the Neurology Department at OZH since 2011. I have sometimes had to wait longer, but it is only because she makes sure she spends quality time with her patients. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Her staff are very one on one and great with any delays. Rachel and Raylea are top notch. Thank you to all the staff for always taking care of me!!!
I was very pleased at first but the second visit not so much. Nurse comes in and announces, great news you don't have Alzheimers. Isn't that the doctors job? Then the doctor comes inspends 5 minutes and says you need my tests before he can make a diagnosis. Then refers us back to our pcp . He retires in 2 days so I guess he was just getting rid of us.
Another horrible experience.my mother in law had another appointment.her husband is with her because of course my mother in law needs help.last appointment dr.applegate yelled at my father in law for asking a question.for this appointment Dr.Applefake left my mother-in-law and my father-in-law sitting for over 3 hrs in the waiting room.my mother-in-law missed taking an important medication that dr.applefake even prescribed her all because my father-in-law was with her.other patients had been seen,my inlaws were on time for t... read more
