I really enjoyed the nurse I had because she explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on during my entire nerve test. She was extremely helpful, supportive, caring, great teacher techniques, and very patient. Thank you very much for helping me through my test. I really enjoyed my experience vs when I was called back I was very nervous.

.y first appointment with Dr Applegate was good. She did an excellent assessment of my problem and listened to me. She made suggestions regarding treatment options and seriously listened to my concerns. I respect her knowledge. However it was a long 40 minute wait while I was in exam room, and no nursing staff checked on me or gave me any updates.

Dr. Applegate is a wonderful and caring physician and person who treats patients with kindness, compassion and respect. She listens to you when you speak about yourself and had asked me how things were going and I told her that I had recently had kidney surgery and she immediately said we have to get you off of this medication you’re on because it can cause kidney stones and we will put you on another medication just as soon as I get your insurance prior authorization and it was approved in just a few days! Great, I really liked my Dr Courtney, he seems down to earth. I'm going to find him!! And go back to see him again. I have already had a bunch of test with no results. Sad he left. Those 5 stars are for him.

Check in was quick and efficient. Dr has a tendency to run behind, but she was running on time. Additional help has made it more effective. Visit was good, talked about medication being used and effectiveness.
