If I could give a -10, I would probably -20. My last visit will be my last visit there. I waited 2 1/2 hours for five minutes of the doctors time. Basically a field sobriety test and sent me on my way. I don’t care how big of a specialist you are. There’s no reason for a patient to sit for 2 1/2 hours for five minutes of the doctors time. Because I’m going to Little Rock now and the wait is not even nearly as long as it is in this pathetic clinic.
Dr. Applegate is a top notch doctor! She goes above and beyond to help us understand my daughter's diagnosis and treatment options.
I would give 5 stars, because I had to wait 9 months to get in and then waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. Dr. Applegate was excellent and apologized for having to wait that long for an appointment, especially related to my diagnosis. All staff were friendly, but would recommend some training with the scheduling team...what is priority and what is not. Dr. Applegate gets 5 stars 🌟! She is the first doctor to actually give options with my plan of care.
Yesterday, was my second visit with Dr Applegate. Compared to my previous neurologists in Phoenix, Az she is by far the best. Dr applegate is very compassionate, and you feel like you've known her all your life! I firmly believe that she really cares about her patients. And wants nothing but the best possible out come for them. We went over my medications. And she changed a couple of them to see if it would benefit me more. It was fast and professional. The only problem I had was that it was 87 degrees in the waiting area and that was very hot and uncomfortable.
