I would give 5 stars, because I had to wait 9 months to get in and then waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. Dr. Applegate was excellent and apologized for having to wait that long for an appointment, especially related to my diagnosis. All staff were friendly, but would recommend some training with the scheduling team...what is priority and what is not. Dr. Applegate gets 5 stars 🌟! She is the first doctor to actually give options with my plan of care.

Yesterday, was my second visit with Dr Applegate. Compared to my previous neurologists in Phoenix, Az she is by far the best. Dr applegate is very compassionate, and you feel like you've known her all your life! I firmly believe that she really cares about her patients. And wants nothing but the best possible out come for them. We went over my medications. And she changed a couple of them to see if it would benefit me more. I was actually told by a neurologists that what I have now will be like this the rest of my life. ... read more

Used to see Dr. Courtney and miss him, he was great. Did not want to see Applegate at all but have to to follow up regarding meds. She's only available 3 days a week which is ridiculous for only having one neurologist. It is November and I can't get an appt until March! Absolute Bull! Ozarks healthcare needs to do better and not have there only neurologist one who was in trouble for a hit and run among other things! Will be switching to Springfield.

An order to have Dr Jolly in consultation for possible trigger fingers was sent. I did not meet Dr Jolly until I was being wheeled into Outpatient surgery. Dr Jolly walked up to the stretcher and introduced herself. She looked at my hand and said, "I don't think this is a true trigger finger. I'm not going to include the index finger." and hadn't me initial that on the OR consent. Dr Jolly went on to say, "There is only a 50/50 chance that this will help but I'll go ahead and do it." I had asked for a local anesthet... read more

I really enjoyed the nurse I had because she explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on during my entire nerve test. She was extremely helpful, supportive, caring, great teacher techniques, and very patient. Thank you very much for helping me through my test. I really enjoyed my experience vs when I was called back I was very nervous.
