I see Dr Applegate for migraines. I have been going to the Neurology Department at OZH since 2011. I have sometimes had to wait longer, but it is only because she makes sure she spends quality time with her patients. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Her staff are very one on one and great with any delays. Rachel and Raylea are top notch. Thank you to all the staff for always taking care of me!!!
Dr. Applegate and her staff were delightful. The wait was long, but she’s thorough and even though you know she has a lot of other patients waiting, you don’t feel rushed and she actually does her homework and knows your history and cares about you. This was my first visit and I wish I could see her whenever I had anything wrong, because besides the long wait time, she is a very good doctor and so kind.
Dr. Courtney is an amazing doctor. He was able to get me on his schedule very quickly. He was very thorough with his exam and had a plan of action ready to go. Explained to me what it was. He told me to reach out to him if I needed anything.
After reading these reviews and seeing how often other patients were left waiting a considerable length of time to see a doctor, I'm even more upset that I wasn't able to get in to see Dr. Courtney after being just over 5 minutes late. I checked in on the 3rd floor at 10:05a for a 10:00a appt. The address listed, when entered into the GPS, did not take me to the correct area so I had to drive around, park, then call, for directions. Like where do I even begin?🤣 I got to my appointment 10 mins early, my appointment was 8:15. I got the nureo dept and I got checked in and in a room fairly quickly. Once I was in my room, I sat and waited for 45 mins before I was seen by a student doctor, she was great. Super sweet and asked all the detailed questions.
