If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My wife went in with severe back pain. The options given were physical therapy, a shot, or surgery. She decided to try therapy first. The physical therapy did not work. So, she had a follow-up appointment already scheduled. She called beforehand to ensure she would get the shot, and the receptionist said yes, no problem.
