Dr. I was kind and acknowledged my concerns, ordering test that was needed. A friend of mine expressed that she didn't like it when he wanted to look at her feet and just started pulling off her shoes without asking first and proceeded to do so with her shoes still tied. The same manner was preformed with me. It would be better bedside manners if he would ask the person to remove their shoes themselves giving them time to untie their shoes or permission to do so, but overall I felt that he was friendly and knowledgeable. It was difficult to wait to be seen. First advice get on waiting list for cancelation. It is a good bunch of staff, sweet and kind. Dr. I is very compassionate and really listens. I'm excited of the things we are gonna try to improve my life. He was my Mom's Dr. Too. She loved them all as well. Helped my Mom a long time. I appreciate them all. GOD Bless them all.
Dr. Itikyala was more than willing to listen to my issues and able to find a quick fix until all the testing came back. I felt heard and like I mattered and not like I was just a number. Thanks Doc! OZH labs in the hospital had the most amazing lab tech Maddie. She took my blood without leaving a bruise or traumatizing my veins and as a recovering addict that means the world to me. I usually never have anything nice to say when it comes to OZH but they seem to be turning things around.
Since my area does not have a Rheumatology clinic I was very pleased to get into Dr I's care. He is a very good listener, and his staff is top notch. This was a follow up after starting a new medication that appears to be working excellent.
My experience with the RA people at OZH was great. I was really suffering from arthritis . After my appointment, I no longer suffer. I recommend Dr I and his staff to anyone suffering from arthritis.
