I really like like Dr. Itikyala (Dr. I for anyone who hasn't been there yet). He does talk a little fast and has an accent but he does seem honestly concerned with my level of comfort with my disease. Also, if he feels like I need to see another specialist, in addition to seeing him, he is willing to have a referral put in to that specialty also. He understands that my copay my medicine is the same whether it is for a single month or for 3 months and is happy to write it for three months at a time now that I am past my initi... read more
Facility was very bright and clean. Very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Receptionist at the Rheumatology Dept was very nice and pleasant. The nurse, Debbie, was also very kind. She reviewed my medical file with me, very attentive. Dr. Itikyala was very good. Reviewed current and past medical files, discussed a treatment plan, explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall, I am very pleased with my first visit
I absolutely love Ozark Healthcare Rheumatology and Dr Itikyala and his staff, they are all so kind, caring and compassionate they take the time to listen to any issues and do everything to make it better. My personal treatment has been top notch from this amazing group of professionals.
They are really thorough and good at what they’re doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly and nice doctor.
Dr Itakya is an incredible doctor. He actually takes the time to listen and is willing to adjust things to help. He is a refreshing change when it comes to specialists.
