Such a wonderful experience! I was very overwhelmed about my lab results and what my future held. Dr. I and his staff were so kind and answered every question me and my husband had. By the time we left we had a game plan in placed. I feel very blessed to have Dr. I as my Rheumatologist and active in my care plan.
Dr I was a breath of fresh air for me, I came to see him on a bad health day for me and he and his staff were extremely patient, kind, &informative. After coming from a Dr that didn’t take questions and didn’t explain anything to me including medications and even not my diagnosis, I was so thankful for Dr I. He helped me understand my diagnosis better, explained medications to me better, sat with me and made sure every single question I had was answered fully and I didn’t leave his office with anything unanswered! I always feel heard and like my concerns are valid! I have ZERO complaints with Dr. I! He always explains himself and makes sure that I understand things before he leaves. If I ever have any questions or concerns after my appointment they are answered relatively quick! His nurse is just as amazing! I would recommend this team to anyone!!
I have been a patient for 3 years. Absolutely excellent care. Debbie and Savanah go above and beyond with care and compassion to be sure your needs are met. Dr. I truly cares about his patients their care and well being. I highly recommend him and his staff.
