Facility was very bright and clean. Very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Receptionist at the Rheumatology Dept was very nice and pleasant. The nurse, Debbie, was also very kind. She reviewed my medical file with me, very attentive. Dr. Itikyala was very good. Reviewed current and past medical files, discussed a treatment plan, explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall, I am very pleased with my first visit
I absolutely love Ozark Healthcare Rheumatology and Dr Itikyala and his staff, they are all so kind, caring and compassionate they take the time to listen to any issues and do everything to make it better. My personal treatment has been top notch from this amazing group of professionals.
Dr Itakya is an incredible doctor. He actually takes the time to listen and is willing to adjust things to help. He is a refreshing change when it comes to specialists.
Dr I and his nurses spent a lot of time explaining and talking to me. I was very impressed with the way he treated me.
Such a wonderful experience! I was very overwhelmed about my lab results and what my future held. Dr. I and his staff were so kind and answered every question me and my husband had. By the time we left we had a game plan in placed. I feel very blessed to have Dr. I as my Rheumatologist and active in my care plan.
