The whole staff from the back of the house and the front of the house is excellent. They have been helpful and accommodating to myself and family over the years and a big thing in healthcare these days is that they truly care and connect with their patients in a professional friendly manner. They are much appreciated and a beacon of the community.
It was timely and clean. Good service and response time. Answered all our questions even after the appointment. Dave, Sue and Ashley and I think there was another lady but I don’t know her name we’re all very helpful.
Needed a blood draw for an upcoming appointment in west plains. I failed to make an appointment for labs and didnt realize it until the day before my appt in west plains. Winona ozark helathcare squeezed me in without any fuss. Staff was very kind and helpful.
DJ and all of the nurses are kind and compassionate. They seem to truly care. It's nice knowing that you have an entire team trying to make sure you live your best life. Thank you to each of the ladies there.
My first time there and was well pleased, they were all very friendly, DJ was concerned about the patients. I will be going back. More comfortable atmosphere there. Thanks to you all.
