To start off I had to cancel because of road conditions with this being said the receptionist was extremely caring and got me rescheduled very quickly same day! Very clean caring facility. They listen and make you feel heard and take care of all your needs
I found facility clean, the staff was very prompt and helpful. I was seen right away. I would recommend Ozark Healthcare Winona for a friend or family member. Even after speaking with my primary in St. Louis (which they were not very helpful) the Winona office reached out to my regular pharmacy to get me help and sent in a prescription for my sinus infection. I'm feeling so much better thanks to the OHW.

Absolutely love this office. The staff is so wonderful. I drive an hour to see the doctor and nurse practitioner. They are wonderful there! Very helpful. DJ is so helpful and will research anything!
The whole staff from the back of the house and the front of the house is excellent. They have been helpful and accommodating to myself and family over the years and a big thing in healthcare these days is that they truly care and connect with their patients in a professional friendly manner. They are much appreciated and a beacon of the community.
