The ENTIRE Staff, from Holly the front office receptionist, to all the Doctors, Payton and Dr. “Mac”, to all of the Nursing Staff that have taken care of my toe….I APPRECIATE all of them and the dedication, hard work, knowledge compassion, and patience they have shown me. I would ABSOLUTELY Highly Recommend that anyone needing Wound Care Services, come visit the Ozark Wound Care Clinic in West Plains MO!!!!!!
Everyone was friendly and so easy to talk with. They were great in handling my leg issue. Great customer service!! They were all thoughtful, considerate, and compassionate. Dr explained everything in terms I could understand. Highly recommend.
This place is the bomb. I can not say enough good things about this place from the set from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner to the helpers to the learners and to the Dr himself they are great team and I would trust them again if I should ever need them thank you so much for all you do. have a merry Christmas to all.

I had a wonderful experience with my wound care at omc they changed my dressing an wound VAC when I got all my supplies talk me through everything made me completely comfortable. My very first experience wasn't so pleasant that was at Mercy they lady was very rough an careless also traumatizing. Omc made sure I wasn't in pain an was just all around great taking care of my wound VAC dressing change.. wonderful staff an nurses an doctor's
