From the time I got the call to schedule my eval, was treated like a VIP. The receptionist was cheery and upbeat. The nurse was kind and very sympathetic and concern about me. The doctor had wonderful bedside manners, genuine concern, and was willing to work with us and our complex situation. He listened to everything and then gave suggestions to help with the wound. Highly recommend this team! I would trust him to care for me!
I think so. They were able to get my blood pressure up and get me stabilized. They did a great job and I’m getting my meds straightened out I hope theyreally care about me and my health. I think about the relationship with once ozark medical center, and now ozark healthcare, so I think we have a pretty good relationship I can only hope and pray? My husband and I were very pleased with the service he received at Ozark Healthcare Wound Care. He was called back at the appointed time and all the staff showed professionalism, care and concern for my husband's situation. I also received detailed instruction for care at home. All questions were promptly answered.
I like this place because all the staff don't push you into anything. All the staff at Wound Care are very nice, gentle and considerate. This is my second go around here. Keep up the good work I was here two years ago for four to six months straight. The staff was no longer the staff but became my staff. All the care was excellent. It still is at this go around. Initially I was a little intimidated by the packing of my open wound(I'm a baby about pain). However, once I was there the doctor made me feel very comfortable and I didn't experience any pain at all as he dressed the open wound and repacked it for me. They were, kind professional, and patient. I love OMC Wound Care! ❤️
