Everyone was friendly and so easy to talk with. They were great in handling my leg issue. Great customer service!! They were all thoughtful, considerate, and compassionate. Dr explained everything in terms I could understand. Highly recommend.
The ENTIRE Staff, from Holly the front office receptionist, to all the Doctors, Payton and Dr. “Mac”, to all of the Nursing Staff that have taken care of my toe….I APPRECIATE all of them and the dedication, hard work, knowledge compassion, and patience they have shown me. I would ABSOLUTELY Highly Recommend that anyone needing Wound Care Services, come visit the Ozark Wound Care Clinic in West Plains MO!!!!!!
During the whole time I have been going there it’s been nothing but a very pleasant experience. Dr McGee & his nurses have been very nice & helpful. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
This place is the bomb. I can not say enough good things about this place from the set from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner to the helpers to the learners and to the Dr himself they are great team and I would trust them again if I should ever need them thank you so much for all you do. have a merry Christmas to all.
They always make feel comfortable, and listen to my concerns. Would definitely recommend them!
