I have had other dealings with collision shops and this is by far one of the most organized and well ran shop I have been to! Customer service is impeccable! The quality is also amazing! My car looks like new! I recommend P.A Collision Concepts to an everyone!

Worst experience ever!!! After this shop kept my car for 30 days, they gave it back to me incomplete! I was told that a piece was on back order and that was the reason it took sooooo long for my repairs to get done. But yea, they closed my hood and told me my car was drivable and they would reach out when my dealer sent the piece that was on back order. It’s now 6 months later they have not gotten back to me. These guys are the absolute best they took my car after someone hit my car and left and within 2 weeks I had my car back looking as if I was never in an accident!! The tow guy Roody was so professional and kind I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone!! I’m so grateful to have gone to them to service my car.

PA collisions are truly the best of the best ! They work with all insurance companies and the process to fix my vehicle was so quick and easy. Everyone was full of respect & any questions I had they answered it with no problems ! Shout out to the secretary Kery for helping me along the process as well she’s very well spoken and so bubbly !
