Too long of wait!! Overly crowded almost all the time. My appt was at 12pm it's 2:30 and still sitting here waiting in the room. When I called earlier heard staff laughing and just hung up so I had to call back like 4 times to get someone on the line. I've left messages that have never been returned. It's just not what it use to be.
I highly recommend Dr. Monica Herrera she is a very professional Doctor. She makes sure to explain everything in detail, and takes the time to address my concerns and questions. My children love their doctor visits because of her. It's hard to find a doctor that's truly passionate about their job like she is. I also recommend MA Christian he works really well with kids.
The one in charge of the pharmacy was very disrespectful and unfair she had me waiting for almost 2 hours for the medicine while she would give out medicine to rest of the people first that got here after me. And then when she called me for my turn she asked if I had insurance and I do have Medicare and made me wait even more time to end up telling me that I had to pay cash but I didn’t have to because I do have Medicare She just made me waist my time
I scheduled an appointment for 8:20, was there on time I didn't get seen till 10, an hour later we were dismissed! Overly crowded not enough seats!
Horrible place. They put you inside the room for hours! Very disrespectful
