I'm very pleased with my recent experience at PCLI. From start to finish I was very pleased with the entire staff on how well they all worked together, the smoothness of their process, their professionalism and their detailed explanation of each process I went through. I will recommend PCLI to anyone. Your company treats everyone with so much decency and care. It's always such a good feeling just to walk through the front doors and feel so comfortable or call someone on the phone and know they have your best interests. I received excellent care from the staff at the Boise location. Everyone was very kind, friendly and professional beginning with the receptionists and all other staff. Shoutout to my driver the day of surgery who actually helped to calm my nervousness and informed me of parts of the process and procedure that I wasn’t aware of (in particular that the surgeon wasn’t going to be the doctor who I’d seen for my pre op appointments). On consecutive days, PCLI surgery removed cataracts, corrected significant astigmatism and installed corrective lenses that ameliorated extreme nearsightedness on BOTH eyes, limiting the time normally built in between procedures on two eyes and reducing the awkwardness, discomfort and loss of functional ability that I would have experienced had they scheduled the surgeries two weeks apart. I had a successful cateract surgery in my left eye. I'm very pleased! It is so wonderful to have sight again!! I rate Boise PCLI 5 star across the board from the eye exams I've had, the personnel I've had Interaction with, and the two doctors who have worked with me.
