I've had Dr Matthew Ford, in Boise, for both of my eyes cataracts and secondary cataracts surgeries, and the man has the best personality, chair side manner, and expertise & skill of any doctor ive ever seen. I also liked Dr Archbald, who is very informative and can explain anything so I understand. The nurses and front desk people are all very kind, informative and skilled also. Wonderful experience! I was super nervous going for my cataract procedures. The staff were very caring and friendly. Every person from staff, assistants and doctors greeted me with a smile and words of comfort. I was thoroughly informed thru each step. The facility is gorgeous too. I’ve never met a more caring group. Highly recommend them!
Everyone is tuned to patient first. As daunting as the cataract surgery might seem, all goes as planned and am very pleased with the results. Colors are bright and sharp again. I’d forgotten all this, settled for the blur until it got too much. The whole process went very well. I sure most of the reviews have similar content. Believe them. Grade A all the way! Also, high regards to Baker Vision in Baker City OR. Beyond the call of duty setting this all up for me. Thank you!
At 85 years old, I brought my mom into PLCI for cataract surgery. Everyone was so kind, so 12 years later when I had to have cataract surgery I immediately chose them. They were beyond wonderful! The staff and Dr Chung took the time to listen to my fears because I was blind in my other eye. They were calming and comforting. This is not my first experience with Pacific Cataract. Years ago with my mother and a few years ago with my husband. When I found out I had to have cataract surgery there was no question where I would go. Past and recent experience with Pacific Cataract have been wonderful. Every person I met through my surgery process was so friendly and caring. Dr Marshall Ford was great. I loved that he told me exactly what he was doing throughout the surgery.
