I just completed cataract surgery for both eyes and I am so pleased with the caring and professional service from all the staff in providing this service. The staff makes you feel welcome once you walk in the door and throughout the whole process of providing this medical service. I would recommend Pacific Laser Institute to take care of your eye related needs.
From the reception crew to the nurses and to the doctors involved in my care, all were fantastic! Each person I interacted with was an absolute pleasure. They addressed my needs when I expressed them. Everyone made the experience the absolute best it could be. Plus, seeing so clearly now is a complete blessing! I would venture to say, I don’t think there is a better, cleaner, more professional and a more helpful pleasant staff than Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute. Having my cataracts removed was (in my opinion) painless and both eyes a day out of each surgery the eyes were clear, bright and best of all 20/20 vision that has the ability to last as long as 20 years ( however readers will be needed for close up). Top notch treatment at PCLI-Great Falls. From the staff to the surgeon, Dr. Chang, everything was great. If I had more than two eyes, I still go there for treatment. It's wonderful to see 20/20 again.
The staff were friendly and transparent with their thought process and recommendations. The care that they took in the initial process instilled a lot of confidence and the price was better than most other offices I've seen. I look forward to scheduling my surgery through them soon!
