I received wonderful care from here! They're caring, knowledgeable & friendly people. I'm very happy with the outcome of my surgery! I've had such bad eye sight all my life & this has opened up a whole new world for me! Thank you PCLI!!
The staff and doctors were amazing! They were considerate and understanding. Their professionalism was top notch. I would recommend this Facility in a heartbeat! My wife had a stroke a few years ago and they were very accommodating to her needs. Can't say enough about all the people who cared for my wife.
I am totally pleased with my experience with PCLi. They performed the exam I needed and the procedure I needed all 8n one short visit. Everything was easy to understand and their timing was great. All I have left is a follow- up visit and I'm sure it will go just as smoothly. I recommend PCLi to anyone that may have a cataract issue. They did a procedure that sometimes has to be done after the original surgery to clear the vision up. Very nice experience!
Staff is warm, friendly, and will patiently explain everything as many times as you need to feel comfortable. The doctors are very good about talking you through the process so you are comfortable and secure about what's happening. Their follow-up care is also wonderful. Don't go anywhere else.
Everyone was very welcoming. Arlissa Washington did my terrific job with my anesthesia. I never felt the surgery itself. Dr. Rochelle Cochrane did the surgery. Dr Shaun Coombs did the intro and exit interviews. He was very pleasant and helpful! Things could not have gone any better! I am very impressed and highly recommend this business!
