The staff and doctors were amazing! They were considerate and understanding. Their professionalism was top notch. I would recommend this Facility in a heartbeat! My wife had a stroke a few years ago and they were very accommodating to her needs. Can't say enough about all the people who cared for my wife.
Staff is warm, friendly, and will patiently explain everything as many times as you need to feel comfortable. The doctors are very good about talking you through the process so you are comfortable and secure about what's happening. Their follow-up care is also wonderful. Don't go anywhere else.
I am totally pleased with my experience with PCLi. They performed the exam I needed and the procedure I needed all 8n one short visit. Everything was easy to understand and their timing was great. All I have left is a follow- up visit and I'm sure it will go just as smoothly. I recommend PCLi to anyone that may have a cataract issue. They did a procedure that sometimes has to be done after the original surgery to clear the vision up. Very nice experience!
I had a great experience overall. The techs, nurses and surgeon was excellent. I had Dr Cochrane and she was wonderful! She was very patient and kind and really made me feel at ease. She said a lovely heartfelt prayer before the surgery. She also did a great job of talking to me throughout the surgery, explaining everything she was doing. I would have given 5 stars if not for the optometrist Dr Coombs. He had absolutely NO bedside manner. I am a very very happy with everything. From beginning to end. I had both eyes done and absolutely no problems with them. All the staff there were very friendly and personable. They explained everything before they did it. I would highly recommend this office to have your eyes taken care of.
