I took my mom here the other day and was impressed woth how gorgeous the waiting room was. They had a whole coffee and hot tea set up too. She has to go back for her other eye next week but so far so good, shes happy with the results. Thx for making it pleasant for the rides of the patients too!

From start to finish, my experience with PCLI was Amazon!! Having my eye surgeon pray for me prior to surgery meant so much to me. Allowing me to have a hand holder during the procedure calmed and comforted me, as well. To each staff member, scheduler to surgeon, thank you for your excellent & compassionate care. I can now see clearly why PCLI is the absolute best, pun intended.
I have no complaints about my experience at PCLI. Everyone in the office was friendly and personable. Dr Carey introduced himself before the procedure which was nice. All directions were written and easy to follow. The initial mailing was very informative. A+ job!
PCLI has earned the "I" as an Institute; not a center, clinic, or association. My recent experience having cataract surgery at PCLI was worry-free and yielded EXCELLENT results. The Institute is run at top efficiency which causes a slightly robotic interaction with employees (other than Sheila and Dr. Roan who were personable and informative) but it's not a deficiency because it promotes on-time appointments, accurate assessments, exacting surgeries, and an overall sense of professionalism and expertise.
