Holy cow! You don't realize how affected your sight is, from cataracts, until you have them replaced. I needed a ride, on the day of surgery, and Brandon was great!🙂 Great personality and very careful driver. When I arrived, the receptionist was all ready for me. Super friendly, too. A + = satisfactory over all .. customer service. 1.Team players 3 - prayed before my surgery. 4 explained my procedure step by step 5 presented me what Dr was going to do my surgery. 6 I didn't feel no pain, I was surprised. 7 afterwards they gave me eye drops for my eyes 8 and I periodically f was sent to my eye doctor at valley Vision. 9. Truly an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was calm and caring. The procedure was painless. The doctor was compassionate and did a super job. I can see better then I have in years. So easy and all my worries were for nothing.
My husband and I have both had cataract surgeries and I have had two YAG procedures. Each experience here has been excellent. The facility is clean and comfortable. Appointment times are closely adhered to; the staff is pleasant and the doctors take time to answer questions and give details to help us feel confident about our procedures. Both of us have clear vision. We would recommend PCLI to anyone
I was very impressed with PCLI. Everyone here was so nice, and the office appeared to run very efficiently. I got in & out very quickly. I highly recommend this place! The only issue I had was understanding the lady who checked me in at the front desk. I had a hard time understanding her (strong accent).
