Holy cow! You don't realize how affected your sight is, from cataracts, until you have them replaced. I needed a ride, on the day of surgery, and Brandon was great!🙂 Great personality and very careful driver. When I arrived, the receptionist was all ready for me. Super friendly, too. I can’t speak highly enough about Kennewick location. They were awesome. Everyone was friendly and willing to help this scared lady. I love reading and so nervous because I love to read, but like I said everyone was so helpful and encouraging. Everyone has a different experience because of health problems and our bodies are all so different. Was very apprehensive getting cataract by surgery. Thinking of pain. These people are were amazing at calming me down and walking through process. Game me something for anxiety prior to procedure. I never felt anything and never had any pain. My vision in the eye they did is great! Now on to the next eye. A big THANK YOU to them. I highly recommend them!!
I had a corrective procedure for my cataracts done at PCLI. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is very well laid out and all patient areas are welcoming and comfortable. The treatment was quick and I received the results I expected. All in all I recommend this office to anybody who needs corrective eye surgeries.
