PCLI SILVERDALE, a very welcoming ambiance clean and neat and calming at the registration counter. Staff were very courteous and waiting time was less than 5 minutes. staff were attentive to patients needs.
The staff at PCLI are very nice, warm, caring people. The eye surgeon was very kind and gentle and kept me informed at every move and told me what was going to happen next. The surgery is quick and done before you even know it. The follow-up visit was quick and easy also. Very nice.
I recommend PCLI to anyone needing cataract or laser procedures. I can’t go on without mentioning how beautiful the patient waiting area is at the Silverdale, Wa. location. The staff there are respectful and friendly. I was nervous when I first got there but they quickly put my mind at ease. I was given details of every step of the procedures I’ve had performed there. By the time I got to the procedure room I wasn’t stressing about anything. I highly recommend PCLI.
Everyone was so friendly and the care and patience they have is amazing.. The Dr was awesome!! Thier work is fantastic.
All the staff and doctors and nurses were very pleasant great to deal with.. made me feel comfortable and secure that they were going to do the best that they could that's all I could ask for thank you so much for your kindness
