My PCLi experience was excellent from appointment scheduling to follow-up phone calls post left eye surgical treatment. Staff were professionally courteous, efficient, well informed and timely from beginning to end. Excellent service and experience. Really appreciated the Doctor praying with me before the surgery and Christain music playing throughout the clinic. The entire staff was kind, explained each step, and dealt with my motor tics confidently to ensure good success. 2nd eye tomorrow. I'm always nervous when I enter any type of medical facility. PCLI proved to me that you don't have to be uncomfortable and that they are professional in their approach and appearance. I had to two surgeries back to back ( one week apart) and my experience was very reassuring. They were attentive and took care of me every step of the way! I must admit, I was extremely nervous. The staff was professional, friendly and it eased my mind. Their calming demeanor was a blessing. I sat in the chair waiting for them to start, and I was informed they were done. I couldn't believe they even went anywhere near my face. Anyone afraid of needles near their eye, don't be. The PCLI is amazing and awesome!
This was one of the most life-changing choices, and the staff here and doctors are amazing. They run this place like a well oiled machine and always provide great care and gentle handling. Would recommend 1000 times over.
