I got ICLs (after 40!). I found this office to be both proactively and responsively informative, clear, transparent, patient, kind, and personable. I found the doctors and the surgeon I worked with to be not merely knowledgeable and experienced, but seemingly proud of their discipline. Another good outcome here. Do recommend. And thank you!

It took some time to actually get my appointment. I waited from November '24 until the end of January '25. But that wasn't their fault. My care and treatment has been outstanding in all 4 or 5 of my visits there. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. I had a 90 minute wait between my final exam before surgery and the actual procedure itself. The staff offered me snacks and coffee to tide me over since my wait was during lunch time. I highly recommend Pacific!
