I got ICLs (after 40!). I found this office to be both proactively and responsively informative, clear, transparent, patient, kind, and personable. I found the doctors and the surgeon I worked with to be not merely knowledgeable and experienced, but seemingly proud of their discipline. Another good outcome here. Do recommend. And thank you!
I have to question their "world class care". We received a letter from PCLI banning us from their clinic. We had a minor family dispute with one of their doctors. This family dispute had nothing to do with this clinic. At our age, our eye health care is very important to us. This poor decision by the clinic to send us a letter with zero concern or compassion, no eye clinic referrals, no medical records, or any information on how to retrieve it, just a standard form letter, banning us. At 1st I was terrified. But was quickly put at ease. The office is beautifully designed and furnished for comfort. Staff greet you with equally as beautiful smiles and let you know you are at the perfect place to handle your vision issues. They offer a wonderful oral sedative to help you and it works MIRACLES. It took some time to actually get my appointment. I waited from November '24 until the end of January '25. But that wasn't their fault. My care and treatment has been outstanding in all 4 or 5 of my visits there. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. I had a 90 minute wait between my final exam before surgery and the actual procedure itself. The staff offered me snacks and coffee to tide me over since my wait was during lunch time. I highly recommend Pacific!
Had a great experience and pre and post care Happy with results, all went as was told.the staff was very informative and have a positive impact Thanks to everyone involved very professional.
