This was my first visit with PCLI and was more than impressed by the staff and doctor. I was greeted with a smile and treated with warmth. Elliott. The technician who started my whole process was an absolute rock star and walked me through each step and made sure I knew what each was for. He made.me feel comfortable and well-informed. I will definitely be spreading the word that from check in to check out you will be treated with kindness and respect.
Just traveled 3 hours each way to receive the best medical care possible. Kindness, patience compassion, knowledge, and the most welcoming environment. I had cataracts done in 2 separate trips. The entire trip ran smoothly, from check-in to check-out. (My second experience with this group.) They provided succesdful cataract removals for me on each eye twelve years ago. Note: the new facility in Spokane Valley is beautiful and easy to locate. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I am very happy with my personal experience here.
I’m old enough to have experienced bad treatment and bed side manner. NOT THE CASE at PCLI. It was the single most wonderful experience I have ever had from any medical practice in my life. I was highly nervous and stressed out within anxiety. They were over the top amazing guided me through with confidence and compassion. I don’t wish anybody any kind of ill but if you have to do anything with the eyes, this is your place. They were amazing every single one of them thank you PCLI.
Would highly recommend. The Drs are great. They are very good at explaining exactly what you will be going through with your procedure. Made me feel very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly. Have gone there for a few different procedures, and had good experiences everytime. Would highly recommend PCLI.
