This was my first visit with PCLI and was more than impressed by the staff and doctor. I was greeted with a smile and treated with warmth. Elliott. The technician who started my whole process was an absolute rock star and walked me through each step and made sure I knew what each was for. He made.me feel comfortable and well-informed. I will definitely be spreading the word that from check in to check out you will be treated with kindness and respect.
I’m old enough to have experienced bad treatment and bed side manner. NOT THE CASE at PCLI. It was the single most wonderful experience I have ever had from any medical practice in my life. I was highly nervous and stressed out within anxiety. They were over the top amazing guided me through with confidence and compassion. I don’t wish anybody any kind of ill but if you have to do anything with the eyes, this is your place. They were amazing every single one of them thank you PCLI.
I've had both cataract and secondary cataracts corrected at PCLI. The staff is exemplary... kind, knowledgeable and patient. The Doctors are amazing! I HIGHLY recommend. Definitely worth the hour drive to their facility in Spokane Valley from Silver Valley Idaho.
Having been in the health care industry for >36 years. The staff service attention to detail work flow process and total efficiency was very impressive They politely annd pleasantly apply their knowledge with no wasted steps. This is a template for any health care clinic. To top it off they are so very nice.
Truthfully I was a little scared going in. Everyone and I mean Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The actual procedure was over before I knew it. All in all it was a good experience for anyone considering cataract surgery I highly recommend PCLI
