Everyone was super nice, very caring, and they all seemed happy to be there taking care of all of us. I don't think I've ever seen staff take care of so many people all at the same time. Almost like a well-oiled machine, except they were caring people. The actual cataract surgery was quick (about 8 minutes), painless, and I could see better immediately.
Homey atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I felt at ease after the doctor prayed with me before surgery. I was surprised how quickly the surgery went. I especially was impressed with the follow-up. I had a really exceptional experience.
This is an amazing place to get cataract surgery! The staff is friendly and efficient. They provide timely information prior to the procedure. The surgeon clearly knew what he was doing. When I was checked less than 24 hours later I had 20/20 in the right eye and was still so surprised that I had lost so much perception of actual color in that eye... without ever realizing it. I had my cataract removed a week ago. I can't think of one thing that I would change. It was a wonderful experience! This office is very prompt, clean and friendly. They make you feel at home and eased any anxiety I had. I have referred one of my friends here. It's an exceptional office!
My cataract surgery went very well. Everyone at PCLI is very friendly and very professional. They guided me through every step. I felt confident that I was in good hands the whole time.
