Worst decision of my life! I had 2 cataracts removed last August and the single vision lens put in as well. Since the procedure I have had nothing but issues and am still seeing what appear to be floating hair(s) in my left eye and black and white little dots! I had them in my right eye as well and that has somewhat cleared up! I told PCLI about it after the procedure (s) and they said it should clear itself up! Everyone was super nice, very caring, and they all seemed happy to be there taking care of all of us. I don't think I've ever seen staff take care of so many people all at the same time. Almost like a well-oiled machine, except they were caring people. The actual cataract surgery was quick (about 8 minutes), painless, and I could see better immediately.
I have had a good experience both times I was in your facility. Your technicians explain every thing before they do each procedure. They answer any questions. They smile and enjoy a little humor. Your facility is so comfortable and calming. My husband was a patient at your Tacoma facility years ago. It was as wonderful an experience as this one here in Spokane Facility.
From start to finish I was just so amazed with the quality of their service. The pre-surgical exam proved that my ophthalmologist was correct in his assessment of my vision. The first surgery went smoothly from checking in thru surgical completion. The clinical staff were very professional and courteous, insuring confidence in me. The actual surgery was over in less than 10 minutes. Can’t wait for my next surgery next week!
I recently had Cataract Surgery with PCLI. I was super nervous about the surgery. All of the staff from the Front Desk to the Surgeon were very professional and Friendly.
