I felt welcomed and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone of the staff I interacted with were kind, caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. Wait times were short. If I had a question, it was answered. Everyone smiled. They without a doubt cater to their patients. I can highly recommend PCLI.
I'd known adults in my life who'd gone through cataract surgery, but none of them shared the anything like what I experienced after I left Pacific Cataract! The colors that my "reborn" eye viewed were like going from looking at a comic strip to watching HD TV! Especially the blues 💙.
