PCLI is wonderful! All the staff is friendly and caring. Helps keep you calm! Dr. Joyce Choe was amazing! I would recommend PCLI to anyone who needs cataract surgery.
Staff was great during the procedure. However, I was told that my insurance covers the basic lenses surgery. Well, that was not true. I had not met my deductible yet, so my out of pocket expense was $1500.00 more than I had budgeted for. They also upsold me, which I knew would be an extra cost per eye, to the lenses for astigmatism and said I would only need glasses for close up. That is not the case. I still need glasses to drive.
From the time I got to PCLI everyone that I dealt with were very friendly, respectful, professional, thoroughl, & knowledgeable. My surgeries went great, they explained the procedure & gave informative literature, & I thought what really "shined" was the phone call to see how I was doing (same day asfter the surgeries) & the post op. I would highly recommend PCLI. Thank you!!
PCLI was excellent and clean and everything you'd want in eye surgery. I'm giving them a one star because right before my surgery they gave me a slip to sign if I didn't want their doctors to pray over me before surgery. I felt taken aback and questioned if I even trusted them if I said no. I did say no and my surgery was excellent. In the go home back they included a proselytizing book by the CEO. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful caring , it’s the first time since I was 15 that I can see the world without glasses. The clinic was a blessing to me. I would recommend to anybody all the staff was wonderful. They call me so I wasn’t even nervous. Thank you very much to the clinic.
