I just finished my second surgery and it went as flawlessly as the first. From the front door to the exit procedure, the entire staff was nothing short of excellent. All questions were answered and the surgery was quick and painless. I highly recommend.
I'd known adults in my life who'd gone through cataract surgery, but none of them shared anything like what I experienced after I left Pacific Cataract! The colors that my "reborn" eye viewed were like going from looking at a comic strip to watching HD TV! Especially the blues 💙. This was the most warm and welcoming place. I was very nervous, they completely made me feel comfortable when I arrived. Very friendly staff. They were clear on all instructions. I'm a week from my surgery on my 1st eye. I had both done 2 days apart. I couldn't be happier. I had single vision lenses placed. It is amazing to go to bed and wake up with clear vision. Had cataract surgery on left eye a week ago. Doctors and staff were great. Very attentive and very pleasant . The procedure is painless and the results are wonderful so nice to be able to see better. Having surgery on right eye today so excited!!
I felt welcomed and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone of the staff I interacted with were kind, caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. Wait times were short. If I had a question, it was answered. Everyone smiled. They without a doubt cater to their patients. I can highly recommend PCLI.
