I had an excellent experience with Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute. The facility is beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and caring. I went thru many exams to get cataract surgery. They promised that I would be able to drive again and that my whole world would change for the better. The first surgery, the surgeon had to sit on my chest while I screamed in pain. I dreamed about being able to drive again which they promised I would. I was excited to be able to ride my bike out in the lush summer greenery where I loved to ride thru the summers.
