I went to PCLI for Cataract removal. The entire experience was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The surgery itself was painless and I really not have much discomfort. It was real quick too. I would recommend them!!!
From the time I got to PCLI everyone that I dealt with were very friendly, respectful, professional, thoroughl, & knowledgeable. My surgeries went great, they explained the procedure & gave informative literature, & I thought what really "shined" was the phone call to see how I was doing (same day asfter the surgeries) & the post op. I would highly recommend PCLI. Thank you!!
Everyone at the clinic was wonderful caring , it’s the first time since I was 15 that I can see the world without glasses. The clinic was a blessing to me. I would recommend to anybody all the staff was wonderful. They call me so I wasn’t even nervous. Thank you very much to the clinic.
I'd known adults in my life who'd gone through cataract surgery, but none of them shared anything like what I experienced after I left Pacific Cataract! The colors that my "reborn" eye viewed were like going from looking at a comic strip to watching HD TV! Especially the blues 💙. The staff were all super friendly and helpful... and the surgeon explained both before and during surgery exactly what was happening. I highly recommend these professionals. I was treated with kindness, consideration and professionalism by all staff on Thursday September 25, 2025. Except for one. She was determined to abuse me verbally and emotionally. Humiliation was not enough for her. I feel sorry for her co-workers having to work with someone who feels it her obligation to be a bully. She was loud in expressing her opinions of me, so she was bullying her co-workers too. I apologize to have to leave this comment, but her behavior is completely unacceptable.
