PCLI, My experience at all levels of my 2 cataract surgeries was been absolutely the BEST!!! I have been very impressed with your friendly staff. They were kind, reassuring, and explained everything that was going to happen with my eye checks, and from Preop to Postop. My nurses were informative and made sure I had what I needed and that I was comfortable. To my two Surgeons I am forever grateful, no pain, no problems and today I recorded 20/20 vision. My mother visited PCLI for emergency eye care recently. Dr. LeMay and Dr. Choe collaborated and patiently worked to resolve the issue. They refused to release her until they were satisfied that her condition stabilized and then had her return the following morning for another check. Both doctors and the staff were very sensitive and kind to her and kept the atmosphere positive. My mother and I both felt that they were thorough and professional. We are very thankful for their expertise.
Performing cataract surgery on both my eyes was a complete wonderful experience at PCLI. The nurses and doctors were caring and professional throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone who is needed to make a decision whether to have this procedure or not please select PCLI you will never regret. Overall was very impressed with the staff and the Doctors whom I met both before my surgery and after. They were understanding and caring, and helping relieve my anxiety over the procedure. The surgery seemed to only last less than maybe 2 minutes and the after surgery instructions were very straight forward and has been easy to follow. They were everything my eye doctor had said they were!!
