Performing cataract surgery on both my eyes was a complete wonderful experience at PCLI. The nurses and doctors were caring and professional throughout the process. recently had cataract surgery on my left eye. was pleasantly surprised by the organization and professionalism everyone exhibited. and, not only did they explain everything as it was to be done, they showed genuine courtesy and care in each step of the procedure. i loved the book and gifts that were in the bag i received when i was leaving. PCLI is an organization i highly recommend for anyone needing cataract surgery. big thumbs-up to their staff!!
So far so good! I have my 2nd eye to go for cataract surgery, tomorrow. I have found the clinic overall is very caring, from check in to prep to surgery. Comfort seems to be their main concern (In each stage) and they go out of their way to make sure of it. The surgery itself I found fascinating. This was the scariest moment ever to know I would be having eye surgery. The doctors and staff put me very, very much at ease and did an excellent job removing the cataract from my eye. Recovery was easy and fast. I even had a great followup appointment at both the clinic and at my regular optometrist visit. I would highly recommend Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute to everyone in need of such treatment.
