The staff was amazing. I was very nervous and they made me feel completely at ease and answered all of my questions so I understood them. They took all the time I needed to be comfortable with my decision. My eye doctor recommended me to them for a second opinion and I trusted them to do my surgery and I'm very happy with the results. They did a great job!

From the first phone call to make an appointment to my post op! This office, staff and providers are above the bar! I wish all offices were this top notch! I’m telling all my friends and family to go no where other then PCLI!!!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me and my eyes!

I've had Dr Matthew Ford, in Boise, for both of my eyes cataracts and secondary cataracts surgeries, and the man has the best personality, chair side manner, and expertise & skill of any doctor ive ever seen. I also liked Dr Archbald, who is very informative and can explain anything so I understand. The nurses and front desk people are all very kind, informative and skilled also. They are a very very excellent place to go to to have eye surgery done and I had my right eye done there I had a cataract removed and all the employees are very very caring about you and also they're very helpful they will even call you the day that you had your surgery done to see how you're doing. And I will be going back to them when I have my left eye done.

Wow very clean. Very professional! Went beyond the call of duty with providing rides to appointments free of charge. All were very kind and full of grace! And my eye sight is great!
