I wore contacts for 25 years!!! My eye doctor gave me an evaluation and I passed for Lasik. Led me here. They took me in, evaluation me, and then we went to surgery. Might have took 10 minutes to do both eyes. 2 hours total visit. Great priced. Came in next day for last evaluation and was told a perfect 20/20 vision in one day!!! This place is AMAZING!!!!! I just wish I did this sooner. What a life changing event that you won't regret. Do yourself a favor and call them now!!! Thanks again PCLI. This is incredible!
I received excellent care from the staff at the Boise location. Everyone was very kind, friendly and professional beginning with the receptionists and all other staff. Shoutout to my driver the day of surgery who actually helped to calm my nervousness and informed me of parts of the process and procedure that I wasn’t aware of (in particular that the surgeon wasn’t going to be the doctor who I’d seen for my pre op appointments). On consecutive days, PCLI surgery removed cataracts, corrected significant astigmatism and installed corrective lenses that ameliorated extreme nearsightedness on BOTH eyes, limiting the time normally built in between procedures on two eyes and reducing the awkwardness, discomfort and loss of functional ability that I would have experienced had they scheduled the surgeries two weeks apart. Recently had eye surgery @ Boise facility and they were wonderful. Doctors and staff were patient with me in the thorough testing area, explained the procedure and my options. They took very good care of me I felt. I appreciate the ability to have a prayer before the surgery with the doctor and surgical staff. The courtesy pickup taking me into the facility and home for appointments there was such a benefit. I didn't have to inconvenience friends and family for rides. After an issue with my left eye, Dr. Archibald was able to get me in and diagnosed the problem. Our timing was great that day as Dr. Ford was able to correct the issue right away. They saved me time and money as I live out of state, and I truly appreciate how quickly they acted. Their professionalism and kindness stood out from start to finish.
