Extremely busy, efficient & courteous. Great communication! Thorough examinations. Eye Lasik was Extremely fast! Less than 3 min per eye. No discomfort or pain at all! My eyes are sensitive to light and I'm squeamish about anything "eye wise". This procedure was a piece of cake!
They are so nice, friendly and professional. I got a cataract removed last week and will have the other done tomorrow! They took all the apprehension away and made me very comfortable! Would definitely recommend PCLi for any eye problems!

There is no doubt as a patient you are receiving the "A" game from everyone you come into contact with. This staff at the Yakima PCLI work as a team and you are not a number when you are in their care. They also produce the best results in their work for you. Save yourself a lot of money and time and frustrations. You will get a factual evaluation delivered with respect and kindness.
I didn't receive the paperwork prior to my appointment, so I had to take the time to fill it out at the office. Fortunately, I arrived early enough that it didn't mess up my appointment. Otherwise everything went smoothly. They are a good group of people and I have and will continue to recommend them.
