The doctors and the staff are amazing. If you want great professionalism and great customer service in loving people then look no further. They’re all fantastic and I love that the Doctor prays before he even touches you for the Lord to guide his hands so thank you for the great experience. The entire process was horrible. Do not come here for cataract surgery. They refused to give me the correct amount of anesthesia before surgery, because my blood pressure was low. I always have low blood pressure. I have never been denied anesthesia before. So I was awake and physically shaking uncontrollably during the procedure. They needed to bring in my husband to hold my hand to try and calm me down. The nurse giving me the shot in the eye to numb it was incompetent and she had to give me two shots. I had cataract surgery @PCLI in February 2025. In short it was an amazing place to have had my surgery. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed and relax. At no point did I feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend them.
I had a lovely experience with PCLI. I was in the Auburn clinic for my eye exam prior to surgery, and they were all very warm and helpful. Dr. Neal answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with moving forward with my cataract surgery. The surgery took place in Tacoma. The staff there is amazing, so kind and helpful, always checking in with me during the entire process. My vision was already better less than 24 hours post surgery. the entire staff is AMAZING! Vert friendly, professional. I can't say enough good things about them ALL. Quick, courteous, warm, welcoming, informative and helpful.
