Your employees were very professional and caring about my situation. They did an outstanding job making me fell comfortable with the process. I was actually really amazed that the process only took about 30 seconds to correct my vision back to nearly perfect. I can’t that you enough.
On December 29, 2025, I had my first appointment (VA referral) at the Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute (PCLI) in Tacoma, Washington. The check-in process was straightforward, and the appointment began on time. My experience was awesome in every way. Great Staff and Surgeon. Beautiful facility. I have better eye site than I thought I would have from having cataracts removed in both eyes. This was the most positive surgery experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly , delightful, and they all are very good at their tasks. I especially appreciated the surgeon praying before the surgery began! I highly recommend PCLI.
