An absolutely top-notch organization from the initial consultation, through surgery, to next-day post-op. Appreciated being able to do the consultation and next-day post op appointments at a location closer to my home. The offices are clean, the process is highly organized, and the staff is incredibly professional, warm, and accommodating. I am now seeing better than I have in decades. So pleased with my visual outcome and highly recommend them to anyone!
Fantastic, kind, patient, pleasant staff. The technical and/or medical providers definitely know their stuff. I have no idea how many patients they deal with per day but it has to be around 100 at least. They have their procedures down and they do move folks through systematically but they still maintain a personal rapport. My experience was awesome in every way. Great Staff and Surgeon. Beautiful facility. I have better eye site than I thought I would have from having cataracts removed in both eyes. Pacific Cataract staff was very friendly. Very helpful when I asked a question about the preseagure I was about to have. The person who showing me the video. Sorry I do not remember his name. He was very helpful. I felt very comfortable here. And they will take good care of me. Thank you to all the staff and Doctors.
I had a great experience with everyone I was in contact with. My exam was thorough, my surgery went smoothly, and the post surgery instructions were clear. A special shout out to Dr. Chung who said a prayer prior to surgery. It calmed me and made me way less anxious. I have already shared my experience with many people who are now going to choose Pacific Cataract when they need cataract surgery.
