Great care at Pasific Cataract and Laser Institute. Its amazing having my cataracts gone. I had mine done back to back . All in one week . Went four days in a row. It was a good choice for me. Office staff are very kind and professional. Doctors are great at what they do. Its over before you know it !
An absolutely top-notch organization from the initial consultation, through surgery, to next-day post-op. Appreciated being able to do the consultation and next-day post op appointments at a location closer to my home. The offices are clean, the process is highly organized, and the staff is incredibly professional, warm, and accommodating. I am now seeing better than I have in decades. So pleased with my visual outcome and highly recommend them to anyone!
Pacific Cataract staff was very friendly. Very helpful when I asked a question about the preseagure I was about to have. The person who showing me the video. Sorry I do not remember his name. He was very helpful. I felt very comfortable here. And they will take good care of me. Thank you to all the staff and Doctors.
I had a great experience with everyone I was in contact with. My exam was thorough, my surgery went smoothly, and the post surgery instructions were clear. A special shout out to Dr. Chung who said a prayer prior to surgery. It calmed me and made me way less anxious. I have already shared my experience with many people who are now going to choose Pacific Cataract when they need cataract surgery.
I couldn’t be more pleased with PCLI! Everyone involved in my experience, from the surgeon to the nurses to the driver they provided, put me instantly at ease with their warmth and skill. I had my cataract surgery one week ago, and my vision is now better than it’s been in years. I wholeheartedly recommend PCLI!
