Fantastic, kind, patient, pleasant staff. The technical and/or medical providers definitely know their stuff. I have no idea how many patients they deal with per day but it has to be around 100 at least. They have their procedures down and they do move folks through systematically but they still maintain a personal rapport. There were a couple of things that were unexpected for me and I felt they were not adequately covered when my case and surgical plan was discussed. This has been one of my best experiences! All of the staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind! My surgeon prayed with me before surgery which so comforting and special. The doctors were available for questions every time I called! I have such great vision! So long glasses! I will not miss you!!! I couldn’t recommend Pacific Cataract and Lazer any higher! Thank you!
My experience was awesome in every way. Great Staff and Surgeon. Beautiful facility. I have better eye site than I thought I would have from having cataracts removed in both eyes. Second eye went as well as the first surgery and am very happy with the results. Very good doctor and professional staff. Good about answering all questions and giving helpful tips for care after surgery. As before, would recommend PCLI for cataract surgery. Good job everyone!
Your employees were very professional and caring about my situation. They did an outstanding job making me fell comfortable with the process. I was actually really amazed that the process only took about 30 seconds to correct my vision back to nearly perfect. I can’t that you enough.
