The doctors and the staff are amazing. If you want great professionalism and great customer service in loving people then look no further. They’re all fantastic and I love that the Doctor prays before he even touches you for the Lord to guide his hands so thank you for the great experience. The entire process was horrible. Do not come here for cataract surgery. They refused to give me the correct amount of anesthesia before surgery, because my blood pressure was low. I always have low blood pressure. I have never been denied anesthesia before. So I was awake and physically shaking uncontrollably during the procedure. They needed to bring in my husband to hold my hand to try and calm me down. The nurse giving me the shot in the eye to numb it was incompetent and she had to give me two shots. the entire staff is AMAZING! Vert friendly, professional. I can't say enough good things about them ALL. Quick, courteous, warm, welcoming, informative and helpful. I had cataract surgery @PCLI in February 2025. In short it was an amazing place to have had my surgery. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed and relax. At no point did I feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough about how much I love the staff here. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I was very stressed about this surgery and they helped me calm down, answered all my questions and made sure I understood every step..they found a problem with my retina and went out of their way to make sure I got into a specialist , because I traveled from out of state , the same day as my first post op appointment. Wonderful staff!!! Everyone I met!
