I went to the Laser Center for a YAG -,a secondary cataract to remove material that had accumulated on the artificial lens following cataract surgeries resulting in blurred vision . The receptionist was charming and very efficient -,we got through the necessary paperwork in record time, I then relaxed in the luxurious waiting area and even had time for a welcome cup of coffee. I had an enjoyable day. Great view of the mountains from the parking lot. All the staff from Reception, the Nurses, and Doctor were fantastic. After the laser treatment about 4pm I noticed a burning sensation but not bad. Next morning everything was bright and clear again. Greatful to you all for my vision being restored. Thank you.
I was very nervous about going in.But these guys made me very comfortable they answered all my questions i also love seeing all there smiles. We need more of this in our world. Today These guys really do care, staff are all awesome . if you're thinking about getting it done, don't wait, I highly recommend these guys. Very happy with the results highly recommend now
Be careful of huge price increases from original quote. I was later called about my review and was offered an agreeable arrangement. My surgeon was outstanding, compassionate, efficient, skilled and explained everything as it was happening. Very reassuring. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this institution to have your cataract surgery.
Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute is a top notch professional company. I just completed cataract surgery at PCLI in Bellingham, WA and cannot speak more highly of the company. PCLI founder Dr Ford performed my two surgeries and I could not be happier with the results. PCLI local staff and its traveling staff made the whole experience wonderful.
