Absolutely the best medical experience I've ever had anywhere, from the reception staff to the nursing/medical staff, physicians/surgeons. Stellar professionalism, efficiency, kindness, caring, communication, knowledge, & expertise on all levels. Not one complaint or uncomfortable moment or situation. Staff was very thorough and helpful. My experience included cataract surgery in both eyes and LASIK surgery in one eye. I appreciate the great follow through to make sure my eyes received the best result possible. I’m very happy with how it all turned out.
My appointment in preparation for cataract surgery at Pacific Cataract Laser Institute went exceptionally well! Everything was explained very carefully, and I left with my appointments all set up! I am looking forward to getting my cataracts removed and moving on with better eyesight!
I was very nervous about going in.But these guys made me very comfortable they answered all my questions i also love seeing all there smiles. We need more of this in our world. Today These guys really do care, staff are all awesome . if you're thinking about getting it done, don't wait, I highly recommend these guys. Very happy with the results highly recommend now
Huge waiting room with more than a dozen comfy couches and stuffed chairs to rest in! Very Friendly Staff and Surgeons! At the bottom of the page they offer you a choice for Prayer on not. Dr. Cochran is the Best! I highly recommend her... Dr. Robert is good too. They each did one of my eyes, and I was very impressed with Dr. R. Cochran's style and personality...
