I had Cataract surgery at the Bellingham Wa PCLI last Wednesday 5/28. I have to say that everyone that I came in contact with through the procedure, from checking in at the front desk, the final evaluation, pre-surgery, to Dr Cochrane and the OR staff were wonderful, and caring, and made me feel at ease. I cannot think of a single area for improvement and I am looking forward to Surgery on my other eye next week. God bless all of you for the great work that you do.
Just had both eye cataracts removed. Everyone there is exceptionally helpful and professional. I was really nervous and they went out of their way to help me relax (as much as I can be). The surgery went flawlessly. +

From my initial exam through my cataract surgery through all the post-op check ups, I encountered doctors, technicians, and support staff who were second to none. Thinking we were just signing my husband up for cataract surgery, we were quite put off by the suggestion of “praying” at the appointment! Then afterwards, the staff was so preoccupied promoting the religious book in the take-home bag, that they forgot to call for his ride home. Actually they said, “your wife has been called” but it was untrue. No call was made.
