Quick response and quote! Tyler came by the same day, on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the options with the tree we were considering keeping. He was very knowledgeable and provided all the information regarding city bylaws, tree maintenance, the pros and cons of keeping the tree, and based on this information we followed his recommendation to take down the tree that had far outgrown the space. Tyler and his crew did an excellent job. The super efficient communication before and during the job was really helpful. The quote was done with no wait time and fairly reasonable. Job was scheduled within two weeks and arrival was on time. Tyler was able to quickly understand my needs and made sure satisfaction was met. We decided to get the trees in our backyard trimmed during the last windstorm We have 13 trees, and they bend during strong winds. We called Pacific Hedge on Monday. Tyler came the next day to give us a quote. We decided to go ahead, and Thursday morning right on time, Tyler was ready to start. In 8 hours, all 13 trees in the back and one in the front were trimmed. All the branches were removed and shredded.
