The apartment building is very well maintained and kept clean by an onsite manager. If the manager is not available for any reason, issues can be addressed by calling another representative who is available by phone. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. I have found the building's management to be very pleasant and accommodating. I love my apartment where I lived at Walter that's lives in our apartment take care of the tenants that's lives there. Karen is a great property manager with CIP she takes her of the tenants you can always count on these two people are good. We don't have any problem in our apartment because it's taking care.
My unit is a 2 bedroom apartment, having two floors (3rd & 4th floors) with the 4th floor being a loft floor, and also having a spiral staircase and a high (double height) ceiling. I find it really "sexy" if I quote Karen (our property manager). The entire property is well-maintained. CIP is very responsive to our maintenance requests compared to many other realtors, and they send us the maintenance staff on the same day in most cases.
