Last time my parents had an appointment, the father of their cardiologist saw them. Knew nothing of my dad’s file, offered nothing and then said he’d tell his son my dad visited. Dr Kaston is awesome. He's a great listener and gives sensible, easy to understand answers. His staff is very good. The lady at the counter is a little robotic. I would rather be greeted with a smile but, you can't have everything. Where would you put it?
Have been being treated by Dr Kaston and his staff for about a year ! I am very happy with this Provider ! Dr Kaston has a terrific. “ bedside manner “ and is a good communicator ! His office staff is personable and friendly ! Can’t ask for much more in this medical era with more and more patients and less and less time to treat a patient. I almost enjoy going to the doctor !
Dr. Kaston is a gem of a doctor, and I'm lucky to have found him. He acts like an actual person, not someone in a position with power over the patient. He's incredibly knowledgeable about comorbid conditions (even very rare ones) and pain interventions. He's extremely compassionate and has a great sense of humor too. My only issue is that the TV in the lobby is SO LOUD. It makes coming to the office really unpleasant, especially if my physical/mental resources are already low.
Dr Kaston is a VERY knowledgeable professional and takes whatever time needed to talk with you to understand your particular situation. He identified an issue that I never thought of, and proceeded with an initial set of joint injections. The first day post injections, I was 98% pain free and one week later maintaining about the same. Dr Kaston is truly a miracle worker!
