Amazing! The doctor took the time to talk with me about the root of my pain and possible solutions. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel as though he cares and wants to help. He said we can work as a team to get the best possible outcome. I’m so glad to have been referred to him. I see hope and a better future.
Wonderful Experience Dr Kaston was very caring and kind. I would definitely recommend visiting him for your Medical and Pain care he actually gave me injections for my first visit. He’s also getting me in for further treatment within the same week or soon as my insurance covers further treatment. Everyone in the office was Pleasant. The process of this procedure was not as smooth as past procedures. Everything was rushed, and there were no calls or messages to verify my appointment like it had been in the past. *** The anesthesiologist was terrible. I have significant issues with anesthesia; I have Parkinson's, which makes me jerk and shake. The anesthesia never came out to speak to me before the procedure. Everyone was so kind, caring and friendly, and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. From the nice women at the front desk to the surgery prep, to the surgery room, and of course, Dr. Grove is always so so sweet, and to the post surgery area, EVERYONE was top shelf and the best! I couldn’t ask for a better procedure. Thank you to one and all at HonorHealth Arizona Pain Consultants. I’m so happy that I am a patient there. Dr. Grove is great and so is Ryan, his anesthetist and most others there. The woman (I don’t know her name or what her job is) that was with me and a very nice guy after I woke up was Very Rude and insolent. I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t get up from the chair. The guy brought me apple juice and that woman was very rude. She told me I had to get up cause there were other patients waiting. I told her off loudly.
