Last time my parents had an appointment, the father of their cardiologist saw them. Knew nothing of my dad’s file, offered nothing and then said he’d tell his son my dad visited. Dr Kaston is awesome. He's a great listener and gives sensible, easy to understand answers. His staff is very good. The lady at the counter is a little robotic. I would rather be greeted with a smile but, you can't have everything. Where would you put it?
Dr Kaston is a VERY knowledgeable professional and takes whatever time needed to talk with you to understand your particular situation. He identified an issue that I never thought of, and proceeded with an initial set of joint injections. The first day post injections, I was 98% pain free and one week later maintaining about the same. Dr Kaston is truly a miracle worker!
In this day and age it’s rare that a medical professional is personable, knowledgeable or takes the time so make sure you understand the knowledge they are passing on to you. Dr. Essa Kaston nails all 3! He not only stays in the room until ALL my questions are answered he asks me follow up questions to ensure I fully understand what he’s told me! THE BEST from beginning to end there’s nothing negative I can say about Dr Kaston and his staff!!! I would highly recommend!!!! They made my recovery from surgery so much easier!! Dr Kaston is one of a kind just an absolute joy!! I believe he treats everyone with dignity and respect and listens and then it’s like teamwork we make a plan and execute it!!!
