They were busy, but I had an appointment and got in soon. VERY impressed by Yasmin as I have no bruise! She was gentle and also personable. Gabriela was entering the orders I had from 2 doctors and she was efficient and quick, also very personable. Both gals are a great representation for Quest.
Dr Spiegel and his staff are very personal and kind. I have yet to have my appointment delayed or behind the scheduled time. Dr Spiegel explains everything clearly and is straightforward with clear information and yet maintains a pleasant and affable attitude that puts everybody at ease. His treatment has always resulted in improvement and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor.
My review might be a bit complicated. Amd long, but honest. I've been a PMIR patient since end of May. While I was receiving treatment, it wasn't great. Many wasted visits that I have still pay for. However, with the new year, the doctor I was seeing, is no longer with the practice. Today, my hubby and I got to meet one on one with Dr. Hersel.
