Pauntea Bral gave me a thorough exam. She was excellent. Karinn has been very helpful in scheduling my procedure. Linda B was great in helping me get everything started. Give all three of them a raise in pay!
Dr Spiegel and his staff are very personal and kind. I have yet to have my appointment delayed or behind the scheduled time. Dr Spiegel explains everything clearly and is straightforward with clear information and yet maintains a pleasant and affable attitude that puts everybody at ease. His treatment has always resulted in improvement and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor.
My review might be a bit complicated. Amd long, but honest. I've been a PMIR patient since end of May. While I was receiving treatment, it wasn't great. Many wasted visits that I have still pay for. However, with the new year, the doctor I was seeing, is no longer with the practice. Today, my hubby and I got to meet one on one with Dr. Hersel. The staff are always friendly and professional. Something has changed cause the parking lot was full. I was fortunate to find what I think was the last parking place. It has never been like this before. This may be a serious problem for older folks. One other disappointment was that I did not get to speak to my Doctor. I saw the PA and she was very nice, knowlegeable, but lacked the history knowledge my Doctor has. I drive 35 miles each way for these appointments, and seeing my doctor is important.
PMIR is very professional and I love Dr. Laura Pasternack. Dr. Pasternack always has a welcome smile and has excellent bedside manner. The smile is so appreciative when your feeling so miserable, but she always makes we feel better and always ready with new ideas. Dr. Hersel is the BEST doctor ever but Dr. Pasternack is a close second.
