PMIR is very professional and I love Dr. Laura Pasternack. Dr. Pasternack always has a welcome smile and has excellent bedside manner. The smile is so appreciative when your feeling so miserable, but she always makes we feel better and always ready with new ideas. Dr. Hersel is the BEST doctor ever but Dr. Pasternack is a close second.
Dr Mohammed Rezai, who I trust and has been there every step of the way through my shingles and now postherpetic neuralgia for the last 5 months, referred me to Dr Cohen to hopefully put an end to this pain which has changed my life in many negative ways. The staff are always friendly and professional. Something has changed cause the parking lot was full. I was fortunate to find what I think was the last parking place. It has never been like this before. This may be a serious problem for older folks. One other disappointment was that I did not get to speak to my Doctor. I saw the PA and she was very nice, knowlegeable, but lacked the history knowledge my Doctor has. I drive 35 miles each way for these appointments, and seeing my doctor is important.
The staff and the doctor were so pleasant. They really know what they’re doing. I was very very happy to be one of their patients. They listened and took action and they really know what they’re doing. I’m so glad that they are my pain management. Highly recommended
I really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Spiegel, he took time to listen and understand my situation while making me feel at ease. I appreciated his genuine and warm natured approach. The staff was great as well.
