Dr Spiegel and his staff are very personal and kind. I have yet to have my appointment delayed or behind the scheduled time. Dr Spiegel explains everything clearly and is straightforward with clear information and yet maintains a pleasant and affable attitude that puts everybody at ease. His treatment has always resulted in improvement and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor.
PMIR is very professional and I love Dr. Laura Pasternack. Dr. Pasternack always has a welcome smile and has excellent bedside manner. The smile is so appreciative when your feeling so miserable, but she always makes we feel better and always ready with new ideas. Dr. Hersel is the BEST doctor ever but Dr. Pasternack is a close second.
Dr Mohammed Rezai, who I trust and has been there every step of the way through my shingles and now postherpetic neuralgia for the last 5 months, referred me to Dr Cohen to hopefully put an end to this pain which has changed my life in many negative ways. The staff are always friendly and professional. Something has changed cause the parking lot was full. I was fortunate to find what I think was the last parking place. It has never been like this before. This may be a serious problem for older folks. One other disappointment was that I did not get to speak to my Doctor. I saw the PA and she was very nice, knowlegeable, but lacked the history knowledge my Doctor has. I drive 35 miles each way for these appointments, and seeing my doctor is important.
I was really pleased with my visit.And it was especially a nice being able to talk to the doctor to see what can be done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, i am definitely looking forward to working with them
