Dr Spiegel and his staff are very personal and kind. I have yet to have my appointment delayed or behind the scheduled time. Dr Spiegel explains everything clearly and is straightforward with clear information and yet maintains a pleasant and affable attitude that puts everybody at ease. His treatment has always resulted in improvement and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor.
Pauntea Bral gave me a thorough exam. She was excellent. Karinn has been very helpful in scheduling my procedure. Linda B was great in helping me get everything started. Give all three of them a raise in pay!
My review might be a bit complicated. Amd long, but honest. I've been a PMIR patient since end of May. While I was receiving treatment, it wasn't great. Many wasted visits that I have still pay for. However, with the new year, the doctor I was seeing, is no longer with the practice. Today, my hubby and I got to meet one on one with Dr. Hersel. PMIR is very professional and I love Dr. Laura Pasternack. Dr. Pasternack always has a welcome smile and has excellent bedside manner. The smile is so appreciative when your feeling so miserable, but she always makes we feel better and always ready with new ideas. Dr. Hersel is the BEST doctor ever but Dr. Pasternack is a close second.
Update 1/7/2026: Boo-hoo. The wonderful Doctor Cohen moved on and I will miss him. But good news: I saw Dr. Spiegel today and am always impressed with him and the care he gives me. Still 5 stars! Dr. Jason Cohen is the tops! Skilled, personable. I trust him.
