**WARNING BEWARE**This is by far the worst place to have any type of medical treatment. Went in for an epidural due to herniated disc and severe back pain. No anesthesia, no dr to discuss what they are gonna, a nurse or person in nurses clothes tells me to lay down. Worst pain in my life. I couldn't even walk, im now dizzy amd the Dr hasn't even talked to me. **BEWARE**
All of the Dr. are awesome. Kind. Personable. Intelligent. But, the staff is 80% awful, 20% nice but new. I don't know if it's the workload and poor management that creates a poor staff? Or are they just untrained? Don't know. But, the Oceanside office is a mess. Again, the Doctor is great. But, between the messy front office, ghetto waiting room, and large collection of pee cups in the bathroom alone should require intervention. But, the nurses don't know how to get blood pressure? This place has no clue on what customer service is, Extremely rude I was five minutes late to my appointment And they didn’t want to see me, even though I was calling them all morning. No one was answering to let them know I was a little bit behind. Every place has a grace period! I have no idea why my insurance referred me here but never again will I come back
When Casey was on his own, he's a great doctor till he got in with pain solution, it's gone in the toilet came back for the last 6 months. The day I walked in 6 months ago, the pain I had, and I'm still in the same exact pain, nothing's changed. Nothing's been done here. Dr. Fisher is great but his staff at all offices are unprofessional and will cancel appointments regularly saying the insurance approval is pending but when you call insurance you find our it's a lie. They never even put in for an approval. I've had this happen 4 + times. They don't follow up, they say they will call to check on a procedure and don't, they will try to tell you that you need to have another in-office follow up appointment to get out of a procedure appointment.
